Vinod Nair

Vinod Nair is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Genesys since December 2016. Vinod possesses extensive expertise in Genesys' PureConnect and PureCloud offerings, specializing in deployment solutions for both cloud and premise-based clients, including migration and upgrades. Prior to Genesys, Vinod worked at Interactive Intelligence from January 2015 to December 2016 as an Infrastructure Engineer, where responsibilities included installing and configuring the Customer Interaction Centre suite, conducting VoIP Readiness Assessments, and performing Performance Load Tests. Vinod began their career as a System Support Engineer at Sony Supply Chain Solutions Malaysia, focusing on technical support and device configuration. Vinod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Systems Security from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
