Kris Wadia

Kris Wadia is the Founder and CEO of Humanized Leadership, a firm focused on a human-centric mindset that enhances productivity and profitability through engaged employees in a virtualized environment. Wadia also serves as a Member of the Governance Council at Genisys Group, providing IT solutions, and advises the C-Suite at WhiteCrow Research, which connects clients with global talent. Additional roles include serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Cardinality-ai, a Senior Mentor at Intelak Hub, and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Gestetner Sri Lanka. Wadia plays a key mentorship role in initiatives like the Innovators Commercialisation Program and EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy. Previous experience includes leading workforce transformation at Protiviti and serving as the Chief Transformation & Culture Officer (Interim) at Infosys Compaz. Wadia holds Fellow designations from both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Data & Marketing in the UK.
