Dana Gress

Dana Gress is an accomplished regional operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Division Vice President and previously as Director of Operations at Genoa Healthcare since June 2017, Dana oversees multi-site operations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Prior to this, Dana held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Brookdale Senior Living Solutions, managing home health agencies across multiple states. Dana was also the General Manager of CVS Specialty, leading the largest specialty mail order pharmacy in the CVS portfolio. Earlier experience includes roles as Executive Store Leader and District Leader at Giant Eagle, Inc., focusing on sales, operations, and marketing. Dana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh.
