Sanjiv Tandon

Sanjiv Tandon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Global Business Leader at Genpact since May 2001. Tandon has held multiple senior leadership roles within Genpact, including Senior Vice President and Sales Leader for North America and Senior Vice President & Operations Leader for Consumer Goods and Life Sciences. Prior to joining Genpact, Tandon was the Regional Sales Manager for the Paints Division at ICI India and held various managerial roles at Godrej GE Appliances, focusing on sales and marketing. Tandon's academic background includes a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Electrical Communication from Punjab Engineering College.
