Nisha Nair

Nisha Nair is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Genrobotics since May 2023. Previously, Nisha held the position of Senior Manager in HR and Operations at Oztern from November 2015 to April 2023, where notable achievements included developing recruitment strategies and workforce planning in alignment with business objectives, as well as successfully managing the return of all employees to the office post-pandemic with zero attrition. Nisha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Delhi University between 2007 and 2010.
