Millie Kwong

Millie Kwong is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in interior design and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Design Director at Gensler since September 2024, Kwong previously held the position of Associate Vice President and Senior Interior Designer at HGA from May 2022 to September 2024. Prior roles include Senior Design Manager at Stanford University, where responsibility included leading design for Residential and Dining projects, as well as establishing design standards. Additional experience encompasses positions at Pivotal Software, Inc., Studio O+A, Stantec, and Starbucks, demonstrating notable expertise in managing global design standards, mentoring design teams, and collaborating with stakeholders on innovative projects. Millie Kwong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati.
