Charles Jackson

Charles Jackson is a legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Gentex Corporation since February 2021, Charles previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel focusing on M&A. Prior to Gentex Corporation, Charles was Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP from October 2017 to February 2021 and worked as an Associate at Jones Day from November 2012 to September 2017. Charles began legal career as a Corporate Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where work included a summer associate position in 2010. Charles earned a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2011 and holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University, obtained in 2006.
