Randy Dufault

Randy Dufault has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. In 1983, they started working at Genus Technologies LLC, where they held the role of Director of Solution Development. In this position, they led the company's Capture and Content Services professional services practices, serving as a business analyst, consultant, and system architect.

In 1999, Dufault joined EAA as a Staff Writer, staying with the company for almost 20 years until 2018. During this time, they also became involved with COMMON, A Users Group, serving as the Certification Steering Committee Chair from 2008 to 2011 and as President from 2006 to 2009.
