Shawn Blessing

Shawn Blessing has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Shawn is currently the Director of Sales at Genus Technologies, where they help organizations automate content and processes in their digital operations. Prior to that, they served as the EVP, Client Operations at Lexico, specializing in business transformation services. Before that, Shawn worked as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Digineer, where they successfully completed projects through effective program and project management. Shawn also served as the VP TSS Managed Services at Robert Half Technology. Earlier in their career, Shawn held leadership positions at Visonex, LLC, Alta Resources, and TEKsystems, where they demonstrated expertise in strategy, operations management, business development, and client account management. Throughout their career, Shawn has consistently driven project success and delivered sustainable outcomes for their clients.

Shawn Blessing attended Ripon College from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Business Management. During their time at Ripon College, their studies focused on economics, business, and communications.
