Carmen Bollman

Carmen Bollman is an experienced GIS professional currently serving as a GIS Specialist III at GeoComm since October 2022. Carmen has been the Township Assessor for Franklin Grove Nachusa Multi-Township since March 2008, handling yearly assessment work and property data management. Previous roles include GIS Coordinator for Lee County, Illinois, where Carmen worked from June 2005 to October 2022, and a temporary position as GIS Technician at Blackhawk Hills Regional Council. In addition to GIS roles, Carmen has experience as an ESL Instructor at Idioma Internacional, successfully advancing students' English proficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geography and GIS from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Science from Sauk Valley Community College.
