Cheryl Winter

Cheryl Winter is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Xanitos, Inc. since August 2021, Cheryl previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Univar Solutions, overseeing a team of 15 HR and payroll professionals. Cheryl's extensive experience also includes serving as the Human Resources Director for Compass Group, where responsibilities included acting as on-site HR counsel and liaising with Microsoft HR, and for Crothall Services Group, administering employee relations and personnel administration for a large workforce. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from George Fox University.
