Dr. Volodymyr Tkach

Dr. Volodymyr Tkach is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and economic modeling. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University and holding CEO positions at Accendum and Buyerry, Inc., Dr. Tkach also contributes to the field as a Senior Project Manager at the National Bank of Ukraine and a member of the Advisory Board at DII. With a strong academic background, Dr. Tkach has published over 40 papers on cybersecurity topics and has experience teaching courses in programming and security. Dr. Tkach earned a PhD in Economical Cybernetics from East-Ukrainian Dahl National University and has been involved in various educational roles, including a Senior Lecturer at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola and Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
