Kurt Saffer

Kurt Saffer, MBA, currently serves as a Senior C2ISR Advisor at Spectrum Comm Inc since May 2021. Previously, Kurt held the position of Deputy Director for NORAD & US Northern Command at the Washington Office from June 2018 to October 2019, and served as a Senior Advisor to the National Counterterrorism Center and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from August 2016 to June 2018. Kurt’s extensive military career includes leadership roles such as Commander of the 24th Air Force and various positions within Air Force Space Command from June 2012 to August 2016, including Deputy Group Commander and Chief of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Division. Earlier, Kurt was the Chief of Intelligence Support to Information Operations at USSOCOM from August 2006 to July 2010 and served as a United States Air Force Officer from May 1993 to August 2006. Additional experience includes working as a Training Manager at UPS from 1989 to 1993. Kurt earned an MBA in International/Global Studies from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communications and Criminal Justice from California State University-Sacramento.
