Miranda Baty is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers since August 2017, Miranda implements comprehensive HR strategies that encompass talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational change. Previously, as a Human Resources Recruiter, Miranda successfully managed recruiting operations across 13 offices, focusing on attracting top talent. Earlier roles include serving as a Veterans Prospect Case Manager, where Miranda assisted clients with VA documentation and appeals, and as an intern at Compass Health Systems, where Miranda gained insights into mental health challenges.
