Marianne Harris

Marianne Harris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in board governance and financial services. Currently, Marianne serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including George Weston Limited, the Public Sector Pension Investment Board, Sun Life Inc., Loblaw Companies Limited, and President's Choice Financial. With a strong background in corporate governance, Marianne has held leadership roles in various committees, such as Chair of the Management Resources Committee at Sun Life Inc. and Chair of the Health, Safety, Environment, and First Nations & Metis Committee at Hydro One. Previous leadership experience includes serving as the Former Chair of the Board of Directors at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada and holding senior positions at Merrill Lynch Canada, where Marianne was President of Corporate and Investment Banking. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen's University.
