Jeremy Titus is an accomplished professional in Customer Success and project management with extensive experience across several organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at George Jon since September 2022, Jeremy oversees a management team and ensures the successful completion of client deliverables while driving revenue opportunities. Previous roles include Senior Customer Success Manager at Relativity and Pre-Sales Engineer at kCura, where Jeremy focused on client onboarding and provided in-depth product assistance. With a solid foundation in project management from earlier positions at 24Seven Discovere and The MedLeh Group, Jeremy has demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships and support client needs.
