Laura Peterson

Laura Peterson serves as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Culture at Cummins Inc. since June 2022, focusing on global DEI strategies and embedding DEI practices across the employee life cycle. Additionally, Laura has operated as the Head Consultant for Resonant-Consulting since September 2014, offering strategic HR and leadership development services to mid-size businesses. Prior experiences include various leadership roles at RTI International where responsibilities encompassed global talent development and change management. Laura's career has also involved significant contributions to organizational development and executive coaching across diverse sectors and organizations, highlighted by a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development from the Weatherhead School of Management.
