Patti North is an experienced communications professional with extensive expertise in alumni relations, event management, and public affairs. As the Director of Alumni Communications at Georgetown University since August 2008, Patti has successfully developed annual giving appeals for a database exceeding 150,000 alumni, contributing to a substantial increase in participation and fundraising, with annual giving reaching over $60 million. Additionally, Patti is the Founder and Executive Director of the Alexandria Film Festival, overseeing a large team to execute an annual event. Former experience includes serving as Principal at PNR Public Affairs, where strategic communication and development strategies for diverse clients were facilitated, and as Associate Executive Director of the Travel and Tourism Government Affairs Council, focusing on industry advocacy and legislative strategy.
