Sam Owens

Sam Owens is currently an MBA-MPP student at Georgetown University, where coursework includes Public-Private Partnerships and Urban Law & Policy. Prior experience includes roles as a research assistant at the American Enterprise Institute, where support was provided to senior fellows on various research projects, and as a research analyst at Echelon Insights, focusing on survey design and data analysis. Additional internships include advocacy work at Fahe, policy analysis at the Republican Governors Association, and video scripting at the Immune Deficiency Foundation. Sam Owens holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Chicago and is pursuing dual Master's degrees in Public Policy Analysis and Business Administration at Georgetown University.
