Stephanie Olson

Stephanie Olson is an accomplished legal and corporate professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, corporate transactions, and business development. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Utility Technology Solutions since June 2020, Stephanie focuses on cybersecurity solutions in the energy sector. Additionally, as a member of the Hoya Gateway Executive Committee at Georgetown University, Stephanie engages in leadership initiatives for the 2023-2025 term. Previously, positions held include Practice Chair at Fluet, and executive roles at UpTop, Fifth Avenue Financial, Lenox Advisors, National Financial Partners, and law firms Morrison & Foerster LLP and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Stephanie holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a BA in International Relations from Georgetown University.
