Tim Manning

Tim Manning is an experienced leader in emergency management and global health, currently serving as the President of Berglind-Manning l.c. since 2017 and as a Research Professor at Georgetown University's Center for Global Health Science and Security. Manning's career includes pivotal roles such as the White House COVID-19 Supply Coordinator, where coordination of U.S. and global supply chains for pandemic response was key. Previously, Manning was a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council and held multiple academic positions at Georgetown University and the Naval Postgraduate School. Manning was also the Deputy Administrator of FEMA, appointed by President Obama, and served as the first Secretary of the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Manning's educational background includes a Master of Letters from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University, along with completion of the Executive Leaders Program at the Naval Postgraduate School.
