Zeynal Karaca

Zeynal Karaca is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in health economics. Currently serving as a Senior Economist at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality since May 2014, Zeynal also holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University since January 2019. Previous roles include Chair of the Health Economics Interest Group at AcademyHealth from August 2017 to September 2020 and Senior Economist at Social & Scientific Systems from April 2010 to May 2014, as well as Manager at Avalere Health from September 2007 to April 2010. Zeynal Karaca earned a PhD in Economics from Texas A&M University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
