Sylvan Lashley

Sylvan Lashley has substantial experience in educational leadership and pastoral roles, currently serving as Pastor for the Georgia-Cumberland Conference since April 2024 and as CEO/President of Strategic Advent Leadership Christian Academy (SALCA) Inc since July 2022. Prior positions include Associate Pastor for the South Atlantic Conference of Seventh Day Adventists and Principal of Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy. Sylvan's academic background includes an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Andrews University and multiple degrees in Education Law and Business Administration from various institutions, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational administration and legal expertise. Notably, Sylvan has held significant leadership positions at Caribbean Union College and Atlantic Union College, where efforts focused on enhancing enrollment and faculty quality.
