Srishti Gureja

Srishti Gureja is a Machine Learning Researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology, collaborating on Alignment with Alex Havrilla. Previous experience includes a role as a Software Engineer in ML at Writesonic, and leading a project on Reward Models in a multilingual context as part of Expedition Aya at Cohere. At EleutherAI, Srishti contributed to the Pythia+RLHF project, and at Flower Labs, focused on implementing EDEN for Federated Learning. An NLP Engineer Intern at Translated, Srishti worked on Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning of LLMs while considering differential privacy. Additional roles include Technical Writer for a PyTorch curriculum at Scaler and being selected as an AI Fellow at Pi School. Srishti holds a BS + MS in Statistics from Delhi University.
