Margo Marks

Margo Marks currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Georgia Urology since July 2024. Prior to this role, Margo held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta from December 2018 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing a comprehensive talent strategy and leading HR operations for a non-profit focused on empowering underserved youth. Margo's earlier experience includes various HR roles at SapientRazorfish, Nurun, Cox Communications, EarthLink Business, TAC Worldwide, MJCCA, Colorado Head Start, and Hillel of Colorado, demonstrating a strong background in HR management, talent strategy, and employee relations. Margo earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Education and Sociology from the University of Denver.
