Nicole Maddock

Nicole Maddock serves as the Operations Manager for Library and Academic Success at Georgian College since March 2022, where strong leadership and operational management skills are applied in the administration of library services. Previously, at Western University from November 2007 to March 2022, notable roles included User Services Manager, enhancing strategic client-focused services across multiple library locations, and Manager of Resource Support Services at The D.B. Weldon Library, overseeing daily operations and staff management. Nicole began their career as a Library Assistant IV, where coordination and implementation of library services were key responsibilities. Nicole holds a Master of Library & Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Classical Studies from Western University.
