Cécile Priou

Cécile Priou is an experienced HR consultant and coach with a career spanning several key roles since 1994. Currently, Cécile leads Alternateam RH, providing HR development services, including coaching and professional co-development, since December 2014. Cécile also facilitates the Emergence program for managers at GERME, focusing on enhancing managerial skills and comfort in their roles since April 2016. Previous experiences include teaching HR management at Universités Lyon 1 and Lyon 3, managing a team at EDF during a service merger, and leading communication strategies at RTE. Cécile has held various positions in HR development and consulting at EDF and Alstom Transport. Cécile holds a degree in Coaching in Enterprise from IAE Lyon 3 and specializes in management and HR.
