Cesar Cernuda

Cesar Cernuda serves as the President of NetApp since July 2020 and has been a member of the Gestamp board as Chairman of the ESG Committee and Independent Board Member since March 2017. Previously, Cernuda held various leadership roles at Microsoft from June 1997 to July 2020, including President of LATAM and Corporate Vice President, while also serving as the Executive Co-Sponsor of the Global Women@Microsoft Employee Resource Group. Cernuda's experience extends to positions such as Board Member for both The Trust for the Americas and the Americas Society/Council of the Americas. Prior to Microsoft, Cernuda worked at Software AG as an FSI Account Manager. Educational credentials include executive programs at Harvard Business School and IESE Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
