Rebecca Schick

Rebecca Schick is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Impact at Flex since October 2024. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Chief of Staff at 60 Decibels from April 2020 to October 2024 and worked as an Institutional Development Manager at New Ventures from August 2018 to April 2020. Additional roles include serving as a Fulbright Binational Business Fellow at the Fulbright Association and as a Portfolio Manager Assistant at Meeting Street Capital. Rebecca began the career as a Project Manager at Charleston Angel Partners and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Darla Moore School of Business, focusing on international trade policies in emerging markets. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Spanish, and Portuguese from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, MBA coursework in Human Centered Design at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and Undergraduate Coursework in Sustainable Economics, alongside studies in Portuguese at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
