Justin McBride

Justin McBride is an experienced software engineer currently employed at Redo since May 2024. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Software Development Engineer at Qualtrics from August 2022 to May 2024, focusing on backend infrastructure for Workflows and implementing customer-facing features within the XM Platform. Justin also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University in early 2022, assisting in the CS 260 Web Programming class. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at the Air Force Research Laboratory, where Justin led a team on multi-agent reinforcement learning strategies. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Astronomy from Brigham Young University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Bellevue College.
