Gavin Coughlan

Gavin Coughlan is an experienced Agile Coach with a diverse background in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) and Stats NZ since April 2023, Gavin has been affiliated with Nomad8 since September 2019, focusing on Agile coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Agile Coach positions at PartsTrader Markets Limited, Xero, Optimal Workshop, and TAB NZ, as well as the Head of Agile at Boost, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership and enhancing organizational culture. Gavin's career began at Boost New Media as a Frontend Developer and Project Manager, evolving into an Agile Coach role. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Journalism from Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education.
