Colby Hoopes

Colby Hoopes has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ventive since January 2017. Hoopes played a significant role in the growth of the Sales and Marketing department in 2017 before transitioning focus to recruitment to scale the business. Additionally, Colby has held leadership positions at Strike Tax Advisory as Director of Recruitment and Resource Management and co-founded Network Enterprises LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing events and transportation. Previous roles include Account Executive at Ventive, Sales and Marketing Executive at NeighborCity, and a volunteer Radio DJ at KPCW Radio. Colby began a career as an Executive Assistant at Elkhart LLC. Education includes an Associate's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Communications from Bates Technical College.
