Leonie van Maastricht

Leonie van Maastricht currently holds the position of Project Leader in Forensic Medicine and Project Leader in Learning & Development at GGD Fryslân since May 2024, while also serving as an Interim HR Advisor for Crisis Management and GGD at Veiligheidsregio Fryslân since January 2024. As the owner of Discover HR since January 2019, Leonie emphasizes the significance of employee satisfaction and its contribution to organizational success, addressing topics such as workplace culture, communication, and work-life balance. Previous experience includes roles as Interim HR Business Partner at Teijin Aramid, and various interim HR advisory positions across multiple organizations. Leonie has a solid educational foundation, holding Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, along with a minor in Business and Communication from Kristianstad University, and is currently pursuing further education at VU Amsterdam.
