Esther Risse

Esther Risse has extensive experience primarily in communication and strategic advisory roles across various organizations since 1998. Currently serving as the Manager of Communication and Advisor to the Board at GGZ Delfland, Esther played a key role in establishing a new communication department and developing core communication elements. Previous positions include serving as a Freelance Advisor at Dubbeling Advies, a Strategic Advisor at the Regionaal Informatie en Expertise Centrum Den Haag, and as a Communication Advisor and Team Leader for the Safety Region at the Municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn. Other notable roles include leadership positions at the Municipality of Boskoop and the Kamer van Koophandel Rotterdam, where Esther focused on communication management and economic stimulation. Educational qualifications include a Doctoral degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and various certifications in brand management and public-private partnerships.
