Manu Jain

Manu Jain currently serves as the General Manager at GHCL Limited, leading strategic growth initiatives and managing M&A activities, including a notable acquisition from Ajmera Cement. Previously, Manu was a Founding Partner at Lion-Hill Advisors LLP, offering strategic support and corporate finance solutions. Experience at EY includes roles as Assistant Director, where Manu oversaw post-M&A activities, and earlier as an Executive focused on audits for corporate clients. Prior to EY, Manu worked at Goldman Sachs, specializing in M&A advisory across the EMEA region, and began a career in auditing and advisory at EY. Manu holds a Leadership Transformation Course from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University's Hansraj College.
