Graeme Hutchison

Graeme Hutchison is a highly experienced Technical Director currently at GHD since September 2024. Previously, Graeme served as the Technical Director - Strategic Advisory at PSC Consulting from January 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with regulators, utilities, and investors on diverse topics such as price control and operational planning. Graeme also established and led the Strategic Advisory practice at PSC, significantly expanding the team and engagement across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior roles include Principal Consulting Engineer and Senior Consulting Engineer at Ramboll, where involvement encompassed power system planning and regulatory studies, and Senior Consultant at Parsons Brinckerhoff, focusing on energy strategic consulting. Graeme's academic background includes a Doctorate in Power Systems and a Master's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, both from Newcastle University.
