Jakob Smith

Jakob Smith is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently employed at GHD since October 2021, focusing on the management and growth of spill response services in the Midwest. Responsibilities include developing technical correspondences, project proposals, technical reports, and budgets for projects of varying scales. Prior to GHD, Jakob served as a Civil Design Engineer at CBS Squared Inc., where design software was utilized for construction drawings. Additional experience includes research at Rapid Radicals Technology, LLC, where water treatment technology was developed, as well as leading renovation projects at Marquette University and managing a project during an internship at CORNERSTONE SERVICES GROUP LLC. Jakob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Marquette University.
