Reshika Bhugoo

Reshika Bhugoo currently serves as a Senior Learning Development Consultant at GIBB since December 2024, following extensive experience in skills development roles across various organizations. Previously, Reshika was a Skills Development Facilitator at SEESA (Pty) Ltd from April 2021 to December 2024, and briefly at JT&A SETA Accreditation Specialists in early 2021. Additional experience includes the role of SDF at PailPac (Pty) Ltd, Hollywood Bets, and Masscash Holdings (Pty) Ltd, focusing on SETA claims, WSP/ATR submissions, and the implementation of learnerships and apprenticeships. Reshika is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Development at STADIO Higher Education, having started in December 2022.
