Ubochioma Udo Osuigwe

Ubochioma Udo Osuigwe, PhD, serves as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at GIBS Business School since October 2015, focusing on team management, creative problem-solving, and commercial acumen. Ubochioma has held several leadership roles within GIBS, including Head of Institutional Clients and Senior Manager - Value Creation, where responsibilities included developing long-term business relationships and designing leadership development interventions. Prior experience includes serving as Strategic Operations Manager for Learning and Development at Montage Communications and Senior Operations Specialist at Melrose Professional Training, with a strong emphasis on programme management, client relations, and training design. Ubochioma earned a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from Milpark Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Seat of Wisdom Seminary.
