Jeremy Wernert is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and equity sales. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Repurpose It and GigaComm, and as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Palisade Impact, Jeremy has a proven track record of leadership in various high-profile roles, including Founder and Managing Director at JW Capital Advisors and Head of Corporate Finance at Evans & Partners. Further notable positions include Head of Macquarie Capital and Head of Equity Capital Markets for Asia at Macquarie Group, as well as senior roles at Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and UBS. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Melbourne and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020.
