Paul Jarman

Paul Jarman serves as the Executive Chairman at Gigg since May 2023, following an extensive tenure at NICE CXone where Paul held the position of CEO from 1998 to April 2023. Under Paul's leadership, NICE CXone became a prominent provider of cloud-based customer experience solutions, generating over a billion in annual cloud revenue globally and earning recognition as a Gartner leader in the CCaaS Magic Quadrant. Paul Jarman holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
