Maribel Rivera

Maribel Rivera, LEED AP, is an experienced MEP Manager at Gilbane Building Company since December 2017, overseeing the MEP aspects of The Crown Building project in New York City. Prior to this role, Maribel served as Project Manager at Empire Outlets NYC and LPCiminelli, where responsibilities included planning, budgeting, and managing MEP trade contractors. An extensive background includes nearly 15 years at Skanska USA, progressing from Assistant Project Manager to Sr. Project Engineer, focusing on trade contracts and project closeout. Earlier experience includes roles at A & A Construction, Inc. and Contracts and Maintenance of Panama, where Maribel contributed to cost control and field engineering. Maribel holds a degree in Construction Management from the Mechanical Institute and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Technology in Panama.
