Samuel Madder

Samuel Madder is an Estimator II at Gilbane Building Company since July 2023, previously serving as Estimator I. Prior experience includes an Estimating Internship at Hunter Roberts Construction, where contributions involved developing project estimates and leading budgetary pricing for a potential $150 million project. Samuel has also held internships at Kiewit, Schwab Construction Services, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and interlock paving inc, gaining experience in cost tracking, quality control, project estimating, and subcontractor coordination. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University and a High School Diploma from Loyola Blakefield.
