Pavel Brezina

Pavel Brezina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Government Affairs and General Manager at Gilead Sciences since January 2013. Prior to this role, Pavel held positions at Novartis as Business Unit Head and Head of Marketing from January 2011 to December 2012. Pavel's career began at Eli Lilly and Company, where from October 1998 to December 2010, several roles were undertaken, including Regional Operations Manager and Senior Brand Manager. Pavel holds an MD in Medicine from Charles University and an MBA from Prague International Business School.
