Barry Elkus

Barry Elkus is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive recruiting, marketing, and business development. Currently, Barry serves as a Partner and Executive Recruiter at Gilman Partners, a firm specializing in executive search and leadership development, a role held since February 2007. Prior to this, Barry was the President of Rolling on the River, Ltd., overseeing the development of a franchise chain of Roly Poly gourmet sandwich shops. Barry also held the position of CEO at Big Sky Bread Company, contributing to the growth of a bakery-cafe concept with multiple locations, and served as VP of Marketing and Development at Gentry Menswear, where expansion occurred in the Midwest. Early career experience includes a role as Director of Marketing and Sales at Health Partners, a healthcare start-up. Barry holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Duke University.
