Nancy Briggs is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as a Broker and REALTOR at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty since May 2005. Specializing in full-service residential real estate in Western Wake County, including Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Raleigh, Nancy is dedicated to meeting the needs of both buyers and sellers. In addition to real estate, Nancy serves as the Teen Service Unit Manager for Wake Area 19 at Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines since 2004.
