Ashley Ayers

Ashley Ayers is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Recruitment and New Troop Development at the Girl Scouts of Western New York since March 2024, focusing on the establishment and success of new troops while engaging and supporting volunteers. Previously, Ashley held roles at the Girl Scouts of Western New York as a Program Facilitator and Community Engagement Specialist from March 2016 to September 2019, and participated in the Rising Leaders program at Leadership Buffalo in 2021. In addition, Ashley gained experience as an intern in the CME Department at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 2015, where responsibilities included conference planning and relationship-building with medical professionals. Ashley is an alumna of the University at Buffalo, completing studies from 2011 to 2015.
