Edgars Luks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and technical support roles spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Delivery Lead/Scrum Master at Girteka since July 2022, Edgars previously held key positions including IT Project Manager/Scrum Master at CLARITY, and Regional Customer Support Manager/Technical Support Manager at Netcracker Technology. Edgars demonstrated leadership as Delivery Lead/Department Manager at Cognizant and Department Manager at Tele2 Shared Service Center, where responsibilities included service delivery management, budget oversight, and team development. Edgars began a career in IT with roles in the State Border Guard of the Republic of Latvia and SIA "DAIS," culminating in a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences and Information Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
