Carlie Russell

Carlie Russell is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Manager of People Business Partners at GitLab since March 2022, after holding the position of Sr. People Business Partner. Prior to GitLab, Carlie worked at Wisk as a Sr. People Partner and People Leader, contributing to the company's mission in urban air mobility. Carlie's earlier experience includes evaluation roles at Great Place to Work®, supporting Varian Medical Systems as a Human Resources Business Partner, and various internships focused on organizational development and data analysis. Carlie holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
