Ian Anderson

Ian Anderson is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in application security and network defense. Currently serving as a Principal Application Security Architect at Teradata since August 2018, Ian has previously held roles as an Instructor in Cybersecurity at Trilogy Education and as a Senior Software Engineer on the Red Team at Intuit, where responsibilities included red teaming, penetration testing, and vulnerability research. Prior military service includes positions as a Defensive Cyber Operations Analyst and Cryptologic Technician Networks in the US Navy, as well as serving as a Technical Lead Exploitation Analyst at the National Security Agency. Ian holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from the University of Redlands, and a Master’s in Computer Science from Columbus State University.
